FIXED: Instantiation error instead of the expected error when the user tries to redefine the call/2-N built-in methods.
Modified the database built-in methods to allow initialization of static predicates for dynamic objects when the predicates are declared in "this". These changes simplify the initialization of dynamic objects when writing constructors. The dynamic objects must be descendants of "this".
Added an op/3 directive for the :/2 operator to the "logging" example in order to avoid syntax errors when running on a back-end Prolog compilers that don't define this operator.
